The super zoom camera’s image quality isn’t great, but it allows you to take photos and films that would be impossible with a drone with only a wide-angle lens. This is the only drone on the market that I would recommend for wildlife photography, which necessitates a great deal of distance between you and your subject.
The gimbal’s ability to stabilize such a long focal length is astounding. I obtained smooth video footage of an eagle in flight from a distance of around half a mile, which was a truly incredible experience.

The DJI Air 2S offers most of the obstacle avoidance and intelligent capabilities found in the Mavic 3 but at a fraction of the cost. In addition, the Air 2S works with the older, less expensive, but still superb DJI Smart Controller. The Mavic 3 is unquestionably the more powerful drone, but the Air 2S is startlingly close behind.
